De La Salle College Prayer Club have launched our Official Video for Eucharistic Congress 2012 (IEC 2012). We would like to thank three boys in particular for their hard work and dedication: Padraig Fitzsimons, Niall Scott and Ryan McArdle. who have been working tirelessly over the last few days. They have finalized the Official Video and they have launched it on YouTube. The video includes the Official Eucharistic Congress 2012 Hymn, Though We Are Many, along with photographs and videos of our school and our school chapel. Year 13 Students from De La Salle College who have successfully achieved the Gold, Blessed John Paul 2 Awards. Bishop Donal Mc Keown spoke to Year 13 and 14 and presented the awards to the students. Dominic Murray, chairman of the Board of Governors, of De La Salle College also attended to encourage the students to continue working on this great award.The students, who achieved the awards are; Michael Mc Corry, Pearse Knocker, Paul Sands, Robert Harvey, Peter Mc Mahon and absent from photo, Martin Owens. Students are now working to obtain the Papal award.  | 
We are happy to announce that Micheál became a Deacon on Easter Monday in Rome. Micheál used to work in our school. Congratulations Micheál we are very proud of you! |
The Priests in our area and our past pupils who are priests are a great support to our school.
Deacon Conor is to be ordained this summer.We think he is BRILL and he was our spiritual director in Rome. We are glad Deacon Conor is back with us in Ireland. We pray for him everyday.
We pray for the De La Salle Brothers, who are always available to support us in any way.
We are so lucky to have Father Gavan Jennings, he supports us and anything we ask for he helps us with, he is just great.
Once a week we read and comment on http://caritasveritas.blogspot.com Father John always replies to us. We all Love his blog! He says it as it is and he speaks the truth.
We love our Vatican school Istituto Pontificio Sant'ApollInare. Palazzo Extraterritoriale,Viale Vaticano,42 00165 Roma.The "Vaticanos" came to visit us in March! It was brill! Fantastico!:) See You in October amicis!
